FLOWER MOUND, Texas —
A North Texas dentist jailed on a charge of attempted sexual
assault of a patient under anesthesia is denying the charge.
Denton County sheriff's deputies arrested 32-year-old Spencer
Page on Tuesday. As he left Denton County Jail on Tuesday,
he told Dallas-Fort Worth television station KTVT, "There's
no truth to anything."
An indictment dated April 14 and unsealed Tuesday accuses
Page of placing his hands down the pants of a female patient
who had not consented. The indictment says Page knew the
woman was unconscious or physically unable to resist. |
