Award-winning author and
garden columnist Carol Stocker from Milton will present
a lecture at the New England Flower Show.
Stocker will present on new plants and insects that may
threaten a garden's vitality. It will take place Saturday,
March 15 at 5:30 p.m. at the Bayside Expo Center in Boston.
Stocker, the Boston Globe's garden writer for 30 years,
has won the Garden Writer's Association's prize for the
best newspaper garden column in the U.S. three times.
The New England Flower Show will take place from Saturday,
March 8 - Sunday, March 16 at the Bayside Expo Center in
Boston. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children
and can be purchased online now at www.masshort.org, or
at participating Borders bookstores, local nurseries, garden
centers throughout New England, and at the door of the show.
