The flower show features more than 7,000
exhibits including bonsai, ornamental plants, orchids, cacti,
apricots and peach blossoms, ornamental birds, fruit arrangements
and rock gardens.
The event attracts more than 600 artisans from the city
and provinces across the country as well as horticulturalists
from other Asian countries and territories will continue
to February 12.
The annual festival is a traditional, cultural activity
in Ho Chi Minh City for the occasion of the Lunar New Year
and creating an attractive place for travelers to the city.
Last year’s show drew more than 400,000 people over
the two weeks.
