Two stores have opened in
the new mixed-use real estate development Locker's Pointe
in Wauwatosa.

Stam were the first stores to open in the space last

Coffee is scheduled to open by the end of September,
according to a Wednesday release. "Locker's Pointe was
designed to enhance the existing Tosa community by creating
a development that would attract key lifestyle retailers
and introduce an upscale housing alternative to the community," said
Ed Boesen, owner of Locker's Florist and Locker's Pointe
developer. "We wanted to keep a Locker's Florist presence
in Tosa -- where it all began -- while also introducing
new retailers to the neighborhood."
The grand opening
for the development, 9125 W. North Ave., which will include
seven two-story condominiums, will be held Sept. 29-30.
